One Beat Health™
Last updated July 2026
One Beat Health™ helps faith communities host heart-health check-ins. This page explains, in plain words, what we ask you, what we do with your answers, and the choices you have.
We do not collect your name. We do not collect your email address. We do not collect your phone number. We never send you email or text messages. Your results live on the screen in front of you, and you keep a short recovery code (it looks like BEAT-1234) that stands in for your identity if you ever want to look them up again.
When you join a check-in, we ask:
We don't collect your name, last name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, insurance details, or clinical medical records.
Only you (on the phone you used, through your BEAT-XXXXXX code), the coordinator at your event (as group numbers only), and a small operations team at One Beat Health™. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with insurers or employers.
To see your results on a new phone, enter your code and the ZIP code you gave at the check. Your old phone keeps working.
If you share your code with your church coordinator, they can look up your results to help you. They see your results only, not your answers. They can only look up codes from their own church's events. Every lookup is recorded. No one can search by name, date, age or ZIP code. If you lose your code, no one can find your results. You would take the check again.
Because we don't collect a phone number or email address, we cannot email you, text you, or call you — and we won't. If anyone contacts you claiming to be One Beat Health™ with your results, it is not us.
Your answers are kept while the program is active so we can improve it. You can ask your event coordinator to delete your record at any time — bring your BEAT-XXXX recovery code so they can find it.
Your session is protected by a secret only your device knows. Data is stored encrypted at rest with our cloud provider. We use industry standard practices to keep it safe.
One Beat Health™ is an educational check-in, not a diagnosis. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, or feel something is very wrong, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital right away.
Ask your event coordinator or reach out to the organization that hosted your check-in.
