How long does it take?

Is this a medical exam?
No. There's no needle, no cuff, no scale. It's a set of questions about how you live and what you know about your heart.

Who sees my answers?

Do I need insurance?
No. Anyone can take the check, with or without insurance.
What happens after I get my score?
That's up to you. You'll get a code. Keep it. To see your results on a new phone, you'll need that code and your ZIP code. If you share your code with your church coordinator, they can look up your results to help you. They can't see your answers. No one calls you. No one emails you.
